Below we would like to inform you briefly about the application process and rental period:
Viewing appointment
If you like one of our accommodation offers, you should first visit the apartment or possibly have them visited by a person of trust. At the apartment inspection you will receive the application form.
Application
If you would like to apply after the visit, we need the application forms, ID card copies and proof of income of all prospective tenants. We check the documents and then forward them to the landlord. Mostly we get an answer from the landlord within a few days. Some landlords also want to get to know their potential tenants personally first.
Lease agreement
If the landlord approves, the lease contract will be prepared. Usually, a fixed-term lease agreement will be completed, i.e. the tenancy will begin and end on a specific date. The contract must first be signed by yourself, followed be the landlord.
Deposit and first month’s rent
Once both parties have signed the contract, you will pay the deposit and first month’s rent into the landlord’s bank account.
Appointment for handing over the apartment
In this appointment, the handover protocol is written, the meter readings are taken and the inventory is checked. In addition, you get all the important and useful information about the apartment. The handover of the apartment is done either by the landlord or by us, if the landlord has instructed us to hand over the apartment.
During the tenancy
We hope that you feel comfortable in the apartment and wish you a pleasant stay. If you have any questions during your stay, usually your landlord will be available as a contact person.
Appointment for returning the apartment
At the end of the rental period, the protocol is written, the meter readings are taken and the inventory is checked. The appointment is either done by the landlord or by us, if the landlord has instructed us to do so.
Repayment of the deposit
After the rental period, your landlord will transfer the deposit back to your bank account.
